Justin Bieber has been ‘accused of calling in sick to get out of a deposition’

In new claims by TMZ, the 22-year-old singer was due to have a deposition on Feb 8 with an artist who claimed that Justin had sampled them in his track Sorry.

According to documents allegedly obtained by the site, hours before the meeting Justin’s team informed lawyers that he was ‘ill’ and would be unable to attend.

The documents also expressed frustrations by the lawyers who claimed that the Sorry singer posted pictures drinking with friends online after missing the case.

Lawyers for the artist in battle with Justin also claimed that a legal team flew into Los Angeles for the case, and now are reportedly demanding that the case takes place in a court in Nashville.
