Spice Drug: Couple turned into zombie-like state
It was a shocking footage taken by the brother of the woman in the clip and then posted on Facebook.
The video showed his sister in a confused state as she sat at a table in North Island, Auckland, New Zealand. She also failed to respond when he asked her if she was OK.
Her boyfriend who was sitting beside her and he also seemed out of it was slumped on a chair and didn’t respond when she touched him.
The woman’s brother, wrote: "I know a lot of people won’t agree that I put it up ’cause it’s my sister but I don’t care, I’m f****** sick of seeing our youth do this s*** and tired of our youth doing nothing better… sorry."
More about Spice
Spice is a synthetic drug that could be legally bought in shops or online until May last year.
They give users the same artificial rush of endorphin as illegal drugs like ecstasy.
Black Mamba is a variation of Spice, which has similar effects to natural cannabis. But it is far more potent, reacting strongly with the brain’s receptors.
Long term use can increase the risk of developing a mental illness.
His sister stopped taking the drugs after watching the footage.
Spice, which is a synthetic marijuana, has also raised concerns in the UK after several people were pictured in the streets after allegedly taking the drug.
