Teenage girl among four arrested on suspicion terror attack in Paris
The 16-year-old was among four others arrested in the southern city of Montpellier this morning, according to local reports.
Counter-terror officers reportedly discovered explosive substances and computer equipment at the suspects’ homes.
They are believed to have been planning a suicide attack at a ‘tourist site’ using explosive belts in an area filled with people to cause maximum damage.
Police sources in Montpellier confirmed that a raid on a council estate in the city was ‘underway and that four people have been arrested’.
