Beauty And The Beast 2017 UK release date
It seems like excitement has been building forever over the live action remake of Beauty And The Beast, and now the wait is almost over…almost.
The Disney classic is coming to life with Emma Watson and Belle and Dan Stevens as the Beast in a stellar cast.
After the success of the Jungle Book remake last year, a lot is expected of the new version of this story from 18th century France, and everything we’ve seen so far does look great.
When is Beauty and the Beast out in the UK?
The wait might be nearly over, but there are still a few weeks to go – the film comes out on Friday March 17th in the UK.
Perhaps you could enjoy a Beauty And The Beast afternoon tea in the meantime.
Who is in the cast?
As mentioned, Emma Watson and Dan Stevens took the lead roles, but there are all sorts of famous names throughout the cast.
Luke Evans (above) is the villain Gaston while Frozen’s Josh Gad plays his sidekick Le Fou.
The household objects that come to life are voiced by some screen legends, including Ian McKellen (Cogsworth), Ewan McGregor (Lumiere) and Emma Watson (Mrs Potts).

Are there new songs?
YES!
Don’t worry, all the classics will still be there and they sound pretty amazing performed by John Legend and Ariana Grande.
But there will be some new ones too, written by composer Alan Menken and lyricist Tim Rice with the tracks titled For Evermore, Our Song Lives On, and Days In The Sun.
