The Wonder Woman trailer was released
The trailer suggests the film will give us a backstory for Diana of Themyscira, showing her as a young child training to be the empowered warrior we all know and love.
As the action heated up at the end of the trailer we were starting to get excited, until our attention was broken by an odd white haze over Gadot’s left arm pit.
Did you clock the odd arm pit situation?
Now either everyone’s favourite warrior has had her arm pit hair airbrushed out of the shot or that no white marks deodorant was lying.
And we can’t imaging the DC heroine would take someone messing around with her appearance without a fight.
Maybe it is the deodorant then.
Well, in reality something seems to have gone on in post-production, but we can’t imagine why they’d remove all arm pit hair or how they didn’t notice how weird it looked.
The trailer does hint at some exciting things to come.
The trailer takes us back to Diana’s homeland of Themyscira with Diana’s mother, Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons, played by Connie Nielsen, showing her daughter around the island and telling her: ‘The gods gave us many gifts. One day you’ll know them all.’
And now we can’t wait to watch Diana discover her new powers when the film is released on June 2nd.
