Stylish Dads turned their daughters’ hair into hearts ready for Valentine’s Day
Philippe had had a lot of practice by the time the classes began, and had picked up many tricks he was able to teach other clueless dads.
He told Metro.co.uk: ‘I can remember being clueless with Emma’s hair in her younger years.
‘As time went by, I learned so many things that made life easier for the both of us. I knew starting a group like this would help make it more acceptable to reach out for help.’
Philippe’s first one-off class was so successful that it turned into regular lessons, as many dads reached out to him for help.
Doing everything from a simple ponytail to plaits, Philippe has hair-styling down. In his latest Daddy Daughter Hair Factory installment, Philippe and the dads are getting their daughter’s ready for Valentine’s Day – by creating incredible hearts in their hair.
Of course, the styling part of this task was plenty of fun for all of the dads, but Philippe explains it’s so much more than that: ‘Doing your daughter’s hair is another way to connect, but it’s more intimate than many of the other activities us dads normally do.
‘This provides excellent one-on-one time which gives us the opportunity to discuss our day ahead and our dreams.’
