Marvel release Avengers: Infinity War confirming Spider-Man will appear
Marvel released a teaser showing actors Robert Downey Jr, Tom Holland and Chris Pratt behind-the-scenes of the film.
And with confirmation that Spider-Man and Guardians Of The Galaxy will join Iron Man and his mates, anticipation for this movie is going to skyrocket – if it wasn’t high enough already.
In the teaser, the actors speak to camera while on set at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta and Pratt describes the atmosphere as ‘pretty unbelievable’.
Holland, who plays Spidey, adds: ‘I remember going to see the first Avengers [film] with one of my mates and I never dreamed that I would be in one of these movies, let alone playing Spider-Man.
‘I feel like I’m on top of the world, because this is just mind-blowing.’
Producer Kevin Feige chips in to explain how Marvel have building up to Infinity War.
‘It’s an unprecedented culmination of a series of films interlinked together, which at the time had never been done before. The important thing is making it all come together.
‘We know they’re going to face Thanos…how do you do that in a way that is unexpected? How do you put the Avengers against somebody more powerful than anyone they’ve ever faced, and yet make them completely unprepared to face them?
‘Well: you tear them apart, which is why we did Civil War before Infinity War.’
Avengers: Infinity War is set for release in May 2018.
